Inflicted Chaos
I know what I need to do, what I have to do in order to heal but I won’t do it. This is the life I choose to live. The life of a martyr.
I need a day of just watching soppy love films, crying over my heart breaks and just feeling sorry for myself.
And then to start eating healthier to lose weight and also detoxicate my body…. No alcohol, no pills, just natural healthy food and drink.
